TAU offers you Japan’s largest selection of damaged/used vehicles, boats and spare parts, and deliver your purchased goods to your designated port of destination.
REGISTRATION
In order to make an offer on this site, you will need to obtain a TAU customer ID by registering with our site. Please read the Customer Agreement carefully as it pertains to the entire transaction between you and TAU corporation. We recommend that you update your registration information on the Members page when necessary because TAU arranges delivery/shipping based on this information.
1. Internet Stock List
TAU's Stock List (inventory) information is updated daily for our world-wide online customers. The prices on the Stock List reflect vehicle prices only. Additional delivery/shipping charges will apply. All the prices are indicated in Japanese Yen.
An estimated delivery/shipping charge is displayed for your reference on the Offer screen based on the destination of your choice. The exact delivery/shipping charge will be available on the invoice issued by TAU after your offer is received.
Upon receipt of your offer, we will respond promptly. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours (except weekends and holidays), please contact our sales representative directly.
2. Internet Auction
Bidding eligibility for TAU's online auction will be awarded when TAU confirms receipt of your payment for a minimum of one purchase from our Stock List. Please refer to "HOW TO BID" for detailed bidding instructions. After winning a bid for a vehicle, cancellation of the sales contract will not be permitted.
Terms of Trade
When you make an offer or submit a bid, you need to specify the conditions of the transaction including the terms of trade, delivery/shipping location and method.

Completion of Sales Contract
A sales contract for a vehicle is complete when you receive a "Sales Contract email" upon either receipt of your offer by TAU or conclusion of an auction. An invoice will be available for your review and to print on your Members page. We also mail invoices to our domestic customers.

Payment Method
Within 48 hours of a completed sales contract, remit your full payment by telegraphic transfer to the bank account specified on your invoice and fax us the receipt of the remittance for confirmation. Please make sure to write down your customer ID and the Stock No. of the vehicle when doing so. Delay of your payment without notice may lead to cancellation of your sales contract, in which case we will notify you by email.
Delivery and Shipping
Prompt delivery/shipping arrangement by TAU is available upon request after your payment is confirmed. Once the delivery/shipping schedule is determined, we will notify you by email. You can also check this information on your Members page.

The ownership of a vehicle is transferred to you when we confirm your payment. We accept liability for the damage caused by TAU or its contracted vendors during ground transportation or lading to the extent provided in our Terms of Claim. We will not be responsible for any damages caused after the shipment has been executed; thus it is recommended that you cover your vehicle by an appropriate insurance at the time of your purchase.
Documentation
All document for the vehicle will be posted to you following up with delivery of the vehicle. If TAU make shipping arrangement at your request, all document including Bill of Lading will be sent by DHL or EMS after the ships departure.

TAU puts our customers' interests in mind during the purchase, storage, and shipping domestically and abroad, in an effort to minimize customer claims.
