*FREE PERIOD & STORAGE FEE

- In case the storage period exceeds the free period owing to the customer’s reasons, a storage fee will be applied on each purchased goods.

YARD OPERATION CHARGE
*JPY 5,000 will be charged for each vehicle which is picked up from TAU yard by customer without TAU’s delivery/shipping services.

SHIPPING SERVICES - CARS -

We arrange prompt shipment worldwide at low cost. The way of shipping depends on the condition of damage and the location of the vehicle.
In general, we have two ways of shipping arrangement, RO/RO and CONTAINER. The following rate will be charged for our arrangement in either way.

PCC/ROLL ON ROLL OFF - driveable vehicles

The Pure Car Carriers basically load only vehicles which can run on their own power; although non-drivable vehicles may partly be accepted as long as they are rolling.
*A few shipping companies load non-rolling vehicles by using forklift. In the case of forklift handling we have consulted with the shipping companies the best method of loading these vehicles. While all care is taken, either party will not be responsible for any damage incurred.

SHIPPING CHARGE (PCC/ROLL ON ROLL OFF)

It is for arrangement of vessel, documentation, customs clearance, and handling fee at sailing port.

* Rolling/Not Rolling cars can be shipped on RO/RO only when our shipping companies accept them.

SHIPPING CHARGE (CONTAINER)

Combination of containers depends on the size and condition of each vehicles,
we can put 2-4 vehicles into one 40feet High-Cube container,
Shipping Charge for one unit is as follows,

1unit in 1container JPY60,000 2units in 1container JPY50,000 3 or more units in 1container JPY40,000

Please note that in the event of any damages occurred to your goods during the course of container shipping, TAU bears no responsibility unless it is obvious that they were caused by the strength of fixing materials.

Terminal Handling Charge (for 1unit)

For container shipping, Terminal Handling Charge will be additionally charged by the shipping company.
It depends on the destination country as follows.

SHIPPING CHARGE FOR PARTS (PURCHASED FROM OTHER AGENTS)

TAU can ship or deliver Spare Parts that you purchased from other agents.

SIZE PER 1 PIECE   Small Parts (less than 0.5M3) JPY6,000 ex.) head/tail light, fog lamp, bumper, grille, radiator and etc. Big Parts (more than 0.5M3) JPY8,000 * all parts that cannot be put inside cars.

*If any extra works are caused, the additional costs will be charged according to the operating time.(JPY1,000 per 10 minutes)

PLEASE NOTE :
You are required to arrange delivery of the parts from the agent to TAU yard.
In case of shipment (by RO/RO or Container), please give us the details of the parts (name, size, weight and price).
